What camera gear do you use and do you have a favorite, go to lens?
I photograph exclusively using my Fujifilm XT-30II & vintage lenses. I feel that this combination allows me to deliver the best of analog & digital without compromising quality. As far as a favorite lens? 50mm's are my personal Pokémon.
Do you do a lot of post processing and what is your software of choice?
I stay away from doing a lot of post production work, unless it's a minor crop or small adjustment. But when i do, I use Photoshop and/or Lightroom.
Where is home for you and where do you work?
Home is in my head. I currently reside in Raleigh, NC.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with your photos within 2 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season). You will have the option to download all the photos from the gallery, share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
That depends on the type of photo shoot (portrait session, event, etc.]. We will discuss in more detail at your consultation how many photos to expect.
Do you use a studio or outdoor locations for portraits?
I use both! If you have a favorite location, we can work that into your portrait session. Studio sessions will be held at one of 2 local photography studios.
How do you choose the locations for your photoshoots?
We will discuss possible locations with you at our initial consultation. I am open to any favorite spots you may have and I have a few of my own!
Who do you use for prints?
I partner with WHCC & Miller's, 2 reputable names in the photo printing industry.
How long have you been making photographs?
I've been in the darkroom and behind the camera since 1989.
